Update on Primexx Energy Opportunity Fund 3/10/25

On March 10, 2025, the Business Court  partially granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment on plaintiffs’ claims that the controlling partner and general managing partner breached their fiduciary and contract duties and obligations in connection with a sale of the limited partnership’s assets. On April 10, the court denied plaintiffs’ motion for reconsideration, and on April 15, 2025, the court entered a written order explaining its ruling.
