Matthew E. Johnson included on the 2018 Colorado Rising Stars list

Matt Johnson has been selected to the 2018 Colorado Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers in the areas of Business Litigation and Energy and Natural Resources.  This is Matt’s eighth recognition by the organization which involves a multiphase selection process including peer nominations along with independent research.  Matt maintains a national trial practice that focuses on complex commercial and business litigation with an emphasis in the oil and gas/energy industry.  He also litigates cases general business that involve breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties/securities issues, oil and gas lease disputes, joint venture operating agreements, environmental contamination disputes and trade secrets violations, non-compete issues and alleged patent infringement.
