Judge Rules in Favor of Dowd Bennett Client in Missouri Employment Discrimination Lawsuit

On September 29, 2015, a Laclede County judge ordered the dismissal of a disability discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination lawsuit brought by a former employee under the Missouri Human Rights Act against Dowd Bennett clients Emerson Climate Technologies and Scroll Compressors LLC. Dowd Bennett attorney John Comerford successfully briefed and argued the motion to dismiss.
