Partner Jim Bennett has been listed as a Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation.  Benchmark, the only publication that focuses exclusively on litigation in the United States, has recognized Jim as, “lead trial and appellate counsel in high-profile cases, and has tried to verdict many cases involving eight- and nine-figure amounts in dispute.
