Hannah Preston Joins Dowd Bennett

Dowd Bennett is pleased to announce that Hannah Preston has joined the firm as an associate.  Ms. Preston joins us from Dentons US LLP where she worked in the Litigation group.  Ms. Preston has substantial experience in the areas of complex commercial litigation, class actions and appellate litigation.  Throughout her career, Ms. Preston has represented major corporations in both federal and state courts across the country, and has also been involved in the defense of many consumer class actions in the insurance and technology industries.

Prior to entering into private practice, Ms. Preston served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. John R. Gibson (Ret.) of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.  Ms. Preston attended Washington University where she served as a member of the editorial board of the Washington University Law Review.

Ms. Preston’s practice will focus on commercial litigation and appellate litigation.
