Eighth Circuit Sides with Central Transport in Fair Labor Standards Class Action

On July 28, 2016, the United States Court of Appeals affirmed summary judgment in favor of Central Transport International, Inc. on all counts of a class action wage and hour case involving more than 700 plaintiffs.  Central Transport was represented by Dowd Bennett attorney Sheena Hamilton.
