Dowd, Jr.: Luck Be A Leader.  The story introduces readers to the newest President of BAMSL and gives readers insight into Ed’s life and career thus far.  During his term with BAMSL, Ed hopes to improve community service and the public perception of lawyers.  He is quoted saying, “It’s very similar to how I’ve approached almost everything I’ve done.  Whether it’s being Assistant U.S. Attorney, or U.S. Attorney, or this – I think we can have an impact and do some good.”
