Dowd Bennett’s Director of eDiscovery Services

Dowd Bennett has named Joseph S. Burch as Director of eDiscovery Services.  Joe has been with Dowd Bennett for four years and has been the lead on many of the firm’s largest electronic discovery projects.  He has been the main point of contact for electronic discovery vendors on these projects.  He has overseen reviews involving dozens of attorneys, productions totaling millions of pages, and the creation of privilege logs including tens of thousands of entries.  Recently, he has also become a member of the Sedona Conference working group on Electronic Document Retention and Production.
