Dowd Bennett Spreads Holiday Cheer

Dowd Bennett adopted two families from The 2013 Adopt-A-Family Holiday Project which is organized by the St. Louis County Government and run by The St. Louis County Department of Human Services.  The project’s mission is to provide toys and basic necessities such as food, clothing, household items and utilities, to families in need throughout St. Louis County to make their holidays a little brighter.

Everyone from the firm pulled together to support this wonderful cause, and every item on both of the wish lists was purchased and presented to the families.  Each member of both families had their own gifts to unwrap, as well as a few gifts for each of the households. 

This was a very rewarding experience for everyone involved, and the Dowd Bennett family is thankful for the opportunity to support the local community.  One of the mothers wrote a letter expressing her gratitude for the kindness of the donations, and mentioned that she had landed a stable job and intends to support a family in The 2014 Adopt-A-Family Holiday Project.
