Dowd Bennett obtains unanimous jury verdict for client

On March 3, 2017, a unanimous jury in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts rendered its verdict in favor of a medical device manufacturer represented by Dowd Bennett lawyers Jim Bennett, Megan Heinsz, and Hannah Preston.  The case was tried over four weeks and involved a medical device that has been the subject of thousands of cases filed in Massachusetts and elsewhere.  This was the first trial in the federal court handling the multi-district litigation.
