Dowd Bennett Named One of the Most Feared Litigation Firms in the United States

Today BTI Consulting released its annual list of the “Law Firms Most Feared in Litigation,” and Dowd Bennett was one of only two St. Louis firms to make the national list of 62 firms. BTI assembles its list based on extensive in depth telephone interviews of in-house corporate counsel at companies with $1 billion or more in revenue.

This is not Dowd Bennett’s first time to make the “fearsome” list; it was one of 46 law firms named to the list last year as well.

BTI publishes the list annually as part of its Litigation Outlook Report, and it is comprised of the law firms top legal decisionmakers specifically identify as the ones they do not want to see on the other side of the table in litigation.
