Dowd Bennett LLP Runs Away with Dean’s Cup for 6th Consecutive Year

April 26, 2014 marked the 10th Anniversary of the Timothy J. Heinsz Memorial 5K/10K and Jim Devine Dog Walk.  The event is put on each year by the University of Missouri School of Law, and the funds raised from the event provide partial scholarships to two law students each year.

Over 400 participants took part in the Run/Walk in Columbia, Missouri, and this year’s event raised over $52,000 for the Timothy J. Heinsz Memorial Scholarship Fund.  Since Dowd Bennett LLP donated the largest amount of any law firm to the event, the Dean’s Cup will reside at the office until next year’s event on April 18th, 2015 when the trophy will be up for grabs again.
