Attorneys Rosemarie Blase and Lisa Hoppenjans work on Health Care Reform

Dowd Bennett attorneys Rosemarie Blasé and Lisa Hoppenjans, worked side-by-side with Senate staffers and other interested parties to file a sound brief on the question presented in the health care reform legislation.  The brief was filed in the United States Supreme Court on behalf of 36 members of the United States Senate (including the majority leader and head of the judiciary committee).
