Arsenio L. Mims Accepted into Initiative Fellows Program

Dowd Bennett associate, Arsenio L. Mims has been accepted into the 2017/2018 St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative Fellows Program.  The program is a comprehensive method to establish a safe and exhilarating environment for members to study useful leadership methods and form relationships fundamental to their success.

Throughout the year-long program, participants focus on professional development, relationship building and civic engagement.  They learn ways to master an effective leadership style, develop and cultivate talent, create a work life balance and leverage professional skills to improve the broader community.
