“America’s Most Wanted” LLC v. Redfearn Family Blending

In January 2006, Jim Bennett and Megan Heinsz tried to verdict a lawsuit between former business partners. The case involved a failed distributorship for food products. The trial court entered a directed verdict in favor of our client on the multi-million counterclaim. Shortly thereafter, the jury awarded a verdict of $1.67 million on all counts. After trial, the court also awarded our client its attorney fees.
