James B. (Jimmy) Martin concentrates on commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He has tried federal jury cases, including as first chair trial counsel. Jimmy represents clients across a range of industries, including finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. He assists clients in all phases of trial preparation in both the defense and prosecution of claims, including those under the False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
In law school, Jimmy was the valedictorian of his class and interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri and for the Honorable Catherine D. Perry, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri.
