Dowd Bennett ranks among the Top 100 Firms in client service according to a recent BTI report.  In a 2023 Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance, Dowd Bennett ranked in the Top 100 of the Client Services A-Team Report.

According to the report, Dowd Bennett scored well in the following categories:

Additionally, the report shows that clients are engaging smaller to mid-size firms more than they have in years.  The data shows that “smaller firms are quick to respond and pick up on the importance of company culture.”
