Arsenio L. Mims Receives Distinguished Recent Graduate Award

On February 28, 2020, at the University of Missouri School of Law’s annual Law Day, attorney Arsenio L. Mims received the Distinguished Recent Graduate Award. The Distinguished Recent Graduate Award is given out annually to a University of Missouri School of Law alum that has graduated within ten years and exemplifies the core values of Mizzou Law both professionally and personally.  Awardees are recognized for their significant accomplishments in their business or personal life and/or for their service to the University of Missouri School of Law.  Arsenio is a proud alum and advocate for the University of Missouri School of Law.

On the following day, Arsenio received the inaugural Trailblazer Award from the University of Missouri School of Law’s Black Law Students Association.  The Trailblazer award recognizes African American attorneys who challenge the status quo, engage with the community, and provide a model for BLSA members to follow.  Arsenio is a former president of the BLSA chapter at the University of Missouri School of Law.
