Arsenio L. Mims elected to the St. Louis Children’s Hospital 2020 Development Board
Arsenio L. Mims has been voted on as a member of the St. Louis Children’s Hospital 2020 Development Board class. The St. Louis Children’s Hospital Development Board supports the St. Louis Children’s Hospital’s mission of doing what’s right for kids by raising money through personal solicitation of individuals, foundations and corporations through special events in support of the Hospital’s programs and services. The Development Board was founded in 1972 with eight charter members. In the last forty-six years, the Development Board has raised more than $30 million in support of the St. Louis Children’s hospital. Money raised by the Development Board over the years has helped fund free care for patients, construction of the current hospital, the Cochlear Implant Program, the Pediatric Neurosurgery Program, the St. Louis region’s first Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, and the Pediatric Neurocritical Care Program.
