Dowd Bennett Secures Plaintiff’s Verdict

On February 14, 2011, a Cook County jury returned a unanimous verdict for Dowd Bennett’s fuel producing client. In the week-long trial in Chicago, Dowd Bennett lawyers Erika Anderson and Jim Bennett persuaded a jury that a trucking company was responsible for damage to a pipeline in Calumet City, Illinois.
